Gluten not your best friend? We have gluten-free meals for you. In addition to helping those of you who suffer from celiac disease, avoiding gluten can improve digestion and weight loss for everyone. Salted Chef would love to provide you specialized meals to help you feel your best!

Take a look at the menu suggestions below to learn more and add to your cart. Feel free to check out the Paleo menu, as those suggestions are also gluten-free. Don’t forget a side or dessert is always prepared free with each main dish you order. In addition, you pay the same preparation fee for one serving as you do for eight. We feel it’s only fair. So if you are on the fence about needing one more serving, order up.
